As Customer Care Manager, I make sure that I service our customers, whether it is customer questions or concerns. I make sure that with our customers I am providing them with the discounts that provides a certain level of service to their company and also building the relationship between Ossid and that particular company. We’re here to make sure that a customer even if it’s after hour services. We’re here to provide service. It can be in the middle of the night, it can be first thing in the morning, but we make sure that there’s a service that we provide to our customer. If the customer needs it, we’re going to get to them.
